Inclement Weather Protocol

• CBO will update the field conditions notification on this webpage should we deem the diamonds unplayable or usable due to inclement weather no later than 1 hour before competition!
  
  
• Early in the season CBO may be more likely to close the diamonds as early season wear and tear with diamonds in wet and poor condition make the rest of the season more difficult to play on.
  
  
• Coaches please ensure your teams are notified in addition to the website if games and/or practices get canceled.  If you as coaches wish to cancel due to inclement weather (rain, snow, wind, temp, etc.) before or during your game and/or practice and have not yet heard from CBO, please do what is in the best interest for everyone at the diamonds.

Any witnesses before or during a practice and/or game of a single event of lightning sighted in any direction from the diamonds, the practice and/or games going on must end, period.
